What sets green-N-fresh Blockchain Publishing apart is Loucks-Christenson's practical experience in implementing her concept. For a year and a half, she operated a test model storage, fulfillment, kitchen and technology using the green-N-fresh concept as a real, functioning publishing house, bookstore and bistro in downtown Rochester, Minnesota. This hands-on experience has provided valuable insights into the integration of blockchain technology with traditional publishing and retail models.

Peacock Books & Bistro's cooking show "Peacock Books & Bistro with David" is a unique in-house production featuring recipes developed and tested exclusively by their culinary team. The show is filmed in the Hillcrest Shopping Center studio inside Peacock Books and Lisa Loucks-Christenson Publishing, and is not open to the general public.
